A Common Language and Standardization
Before Rebral1, there was no common language or standardization of collecting data, developing people and sharing data from school districts to higher education, to vocational rehabilitation, and to employers. We saw young adults who wanted to continue to higher education or to start a career but were unable to, as their needs fell through the cracks due to this lack of cohesion between organizations. The shortcomings of the education to employment system are only growing worse due to a growing number of retiring educators and shortage of new educators entering the workforce.
